Handover Tailored to the Place and Situation

We can deliver the bouquet to a home, workplace, hotel, spa house, restaurant or hospital. For larger buildings and complexes, it helps to include the name of the establishment, department, reception desk or other information in the order so the courier can easily find the correct location.

If you are unsure whether the recipient will be present, you can request a telephone check. During the call, we do not disclose the name of the person placing the order or the nature of the surprise.

More detailed instructions for different delivery locations can be found on the How Flower Delivery Works page.

You Can Plan a Birthday Surprise Two Months in Advance

You can select a delivery date up to two months in advance. This means you can arrange your order ahead of time for a birthday, anniversary, spa stay or another important day.

We arrange bouquets shortly before they set off to the recipient. Depending on the season and current availability, the flowers used may vary slightly, but we will preserve the overall character and value of the selected bouquet. With every bouquet, we include flower food and a card with your personal message free of charge.

Flowers for Karlovy Vary Residents and Visitors

Delivered Home for a Birthday or Anniversary

We can deliver a bouquet to a private address in Drahovice, Rybáře, Tuhnice, Stará Role and other parts of the city. For a birthday, you might choose a meadow-style bouquet, for an anniversary roses, or for those moments when no special reason is needed, one of our bouquets to bring joy.

To a Hotel, Even During the Film Festival

We also deliver flowers to hotel guests, for example at Hotel Thermal or Grandhotel Pupp. During the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, a bouquet can be a congratulations, a thank-you, or a thoughtful gift for a guest or business partner.

Please include the guest’s name and hotel name in the order. For a more formal occasion, you might choose a luxury bouquet, roses, or one of our celebration bouquets.

A Surprise During the Working Day

You can send a bouquet, for example, to employees at the Moser glassworks or to one of the businesses in OC Varyáda. Flowers are ideal for a birthday, a work anniversary, or as a thank-you.

For larger premises or shopping centres, we recommend also providing the department, building, reception or specific business location.

Bringing Joy to Someone in Hospital

We also deliver flowers to Karlovy Vary Hospital, whether for patients during a hospital stay, as congratulations on the birth of a baby, or as a thank-you to healthcare staff.

When placing your order, please include the department and, ideally, the building and floor where the recipient is located. To brighten someone’s stay, you might choose a bouquet to bring joy or the delicate Capricious bouquet.
